Vampire Shotts

Halloween Special Drink  , This is a natural drink and your guests will really be surprised to see how it is made .

The key ingredient is beet root which gives a blood red color to the drink

                                                     VAMPIRE SHOTTS

Ingredients

  1. Beetroot water -1 beetroot (peeled and cleaned) +3 cups water
  2. Water-1 cup for making the drink
  3. Sugar syrup -1 cup sugar + 1 cup water
  4. Ice cubes
  5. Basil seeds soaked
  6. Lemon Juice- juice of half a lemon
  7. Lemon sliced -1
  8. Green chili -Slitted
  9. Cocktail shaker

Method

  1. Prepare Beetroot water by boiling  1 beetroot in 3 cups of water. Once start boiling switch off flame and let it rest . Once completely cooled keep in fridge . It releases color only slowly . Remove the beetroot and store  juice in Glass Bottle, *This is concentrated always dilute before drinking* .
  2. Prepare sugar syrup by Boiling 1 cup sugar  with 1 cup water .Once completely cooled stored in clean bottle and refrigerate.
  3. Basil Seeds how to soak it  
  4. Into  Cocktail shaker add Ice cubes, Soaked Basil seeds, Beetroot water,Sugar syrup, Water ,Lemon juice, Lemon slice and Green chili
  5. Shake well and Transfer it to a glass

    1. i remove the skin of one beetroot and added water in to it,boil well for 5 mins, then switch off flame and let it cool down . along with the beetroot keep it fridge , next day use can see the mixture has got dark colour. remove the beetroot use only the liquid.
